SO3 is trigonal planar so that the individual dipoles on the S-O bonds cancel and the molecule has no dipole moment. SF4 has a larger dipole moment than SiF4. Both have δ- F with δ+ Si and S respectively. The unsymmetrical 'see-saw' structure of SF4 leads to an overall dipole, as shown

Dipole moment of sf4 is zero because the electronegative values of fluorine will be cancelled out completely a d there is no charge separation at all . And that too sf4 molecule is planar which makes it to have zero dipole moment . hope it helped u my friend..ii ff u like my answer follow me.
