As imperative sentences have a command (or an order), a request, an advice or a suggestion, to change them into Indirect Speech, some specific verbs (i.e. requested, order, advised, forbade, suggested) replace the verbs (e.g. said, told) of reporting verb. Indirect Speech: She requested me to help her.

DIRECT - INDIRECT NARRATION
IMPERATIVE SENTENCE
RULES -
1. Replace 'said to' with 'commanded, ordered, requested, told, advised, warned, suggested, asked ,etc.
2. Definite verb in the Direct Speech should be turned into 'to infinitive' .
3. Negative Imperative Sentence begins with the word 'Don't ' to be replaced with 'not to' .
4. If the sentence is a request with the word, 'Please' take 'requested' as a reporting verb and remove 'please' .
