Keeps us on earth, difficult and expensive to travel into outerspace as we need to overcome the gravitational pull of the earth.

Makes it possible to fall and hurt ourselves :(

Limits the height of buildings we can build.

Makes it impossible to fly (but makes it possible to do skydiving)

Objects fall due to gravity.
