b) AS THERE ARE MANY BATCHES WITH A LOT STUDENTS AND SOME ARE EVEN VERY IRRITATING AND DISTURBS THE WHOLE BATCH
c) INSTITUTIONS JUST WANTS TO MAKE MONEY AND THUS THEY ENROLL MORE AND MORE STUDENTS AND THEY DONT THINK ABOUT PERSONAL GROOMING OF A CHILD
