It is a long game and sometimes you miss a thriller match or a significant moment in a game like a hattrick or six sixes. I have missed a numerous no of matches because of my school and colleges.
Sometimes you have to bunk lectures or ask the professor not to take classes. I remember one incident when we requested the professor and agreed that he won’t take tutorial. It was India vs Australia 2015 WC semifinal. Tutorial was at 3 pm and we had a short quiz. As the quiz finished, everyone requested professor not to take class and he did not.
Since it is played in different countries. You have to wake up early in the morning or staying late up night to watch a match. I remember 2007 T20 world cup. I watched every match of India and in SA T20 matches finishes around 1:30 or 2am (Indian Time). I used to feel sleepy in class. Sometimes I wake up at 5 am to watch India vs Australia. It is quite difficult but fun to do.
