as more of the people are employed in organized sectors so all the people did not get the government job. all of them want to work in organized sectors because of their good facilities but seats are less for them.

1.  extremely linked to world economy, even slight recession leads to layoffs
2.  since MNC's search for cheapest wages and salary are lowered due to international competition .
3.  in attempt of lower wages some time it may comprise safety of workers...!
