First, you should get up early in the morning which is a useful tip for a healthy body. later you should do such activities which warm up your body for a whole day like exercise or any game.then you should take your breakfast for more energy then you spend 3 to 4 hours on your studies. you can study individually or with your fellow. Adopt such a method in which you can pay full attention.

Then you watch tv or listen to any audio or videos which can refresh your mind and body because as you feel tired after doing different work half of the day. In the evening you should give time to your family in this way you will understand each other, your mutual cooperation will increase with family members.
