Differnatatiating with respect to X

 \frac{dy}{dx}  =  \frac{d(8x {}^{2} + 4x +  {3x}^{3} -  {4x}^{5}    + 1}{dx}

 \frac{dy}{dx}  =  \frac{d(8x {}^{2} ) }{dx}  +  \frac{d(4x)}{dx}  +  \frac{d3x {}^{3} }{dx}   -   \frac{d(4 {x}^{5}) }{dx}  +  \frac{d(1)}{dx}

 \frac{dy}{dx} =  (2  \times 8x) +( 4 \times 1) + (3 \times 3 {x}^{2}) -( 5 \times 4 {x}^{4}  ) + (1 \times 0)

 \frac{dy}{dx}  = 16x + 4 + 9x {}^{2}  - 20x {}^{4}  + 0

 \frac{dy}{dx}  =  - 20x {}^{4}   + 9 {x}^{2}  + 16x + 4
