This can only happen if the process of impeachment is passed.This can be only ordered by the president. If a judge is found guilty, he can be removed from his post by the impeachment process.
Firstly, the proposal for impeachment should be passed in either of the houses. Then, a committee decides over the judge's guiltily. If he is found guilty then it should pass the house with majority after which only can president remove the judges.
