the committee consists of the judge and after the motion of the Parliament and of the every house the word is given and then the supreme court judge to high court .as i known on this much i think it will help u

Firstly, the proposal for impeachment should be passed in either of the houses. Then, a committee decides over the judge's guiltily. If he is found guilty then it should pass the house with majority after which only can president remove the judges.
