During the WWI, the Imperial Germany was thrown and Weimar republic established a democratic constitution. Everyone, including women were given voting rights. But the WWI ended when the Weimar republic was established. So people of Germany thought that Weimar republic was the cause of all humiliations Germany received after the war. So people who supported Weimar republic was called 'November Criminals'. The people of Germany themselves didn't support Weimar republic, so it gave way to the rise of Hitler.
