2.Reservation is Panchayats and many other government sectors.

3.Establishment of National women constitution for women justice and launching of various welfare programmes for improving the women status.

  1. Get women into power. For instance emphasize the need for women to take leading roles in an organization. Also creating leading jobs specifically for women. For instance prime minister position can be an office specifically for a woman not a man. This will encourage women and give them courage to take leading roles.
  2. Talk to women. The reason why women shy away from talking and taking part in public offices is because we were talked down from taking part from the word go. so it is better Government organizes talks to sensitize women on the importance of speaking up so that they too can be heard.
  3. Stop child marriage and sexual harassment. Women in our communities have gown up with the notion that they are created to get married, bear children and hats it. That is why we see increased rates of child marriages. This has to stop now. Women are equal to men, they should take big offices too.
  4. Empower mothers. Give them start up capital to do something in their communities instead of just seating home all day waiting for hand outs. Teach them how to do vocational jobs, give them skills, tailoring, sowing, stitching, all this can put food on their tables.
