Yes, I think a maximum of the population is enjoying not all of the fundamental rights provided to them but they enjoy some of them definitely.

The six fundamental rights of Indian citizen residing in this country are:

1)Right to equality- Every citizen is same under the law.

2) Right to freedom- Every citizen can criticise the government,

3)Right against exploitation- Law and police are there to help, 4)Right to freedom of religion,

4)Cultural and educational rights, 5)Rights to constitutional remedies
