Some psychological factors that may have contributed to death of people due to Covid-19 are Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Obsessive behaviour, Post-Traumatic Stress disorder(PTSD), etc.

  • Panic Attacks - Because of being locked up in our houses, it brought us severe panic attacks because of not being able to breath in fresh air.
  • Anxiety - It brought us anxiety as being locked up in our homes, it seemed as if there is no way out.
  • Depression - All these eventually lead to depression that further detriorated the health.
  • Obsessive Behaviour - It started to affect the mental health as people began to act more repulsive to any kind of stimuli.
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Behaviour - It gave immense stress, affecting mental health in worst way possible.
