Pan-Africanism main motto is to bring all the African countries and tribes in the African region together. Nationalism is an ideology that helps a person to get their identity based on the nation in which they are residing.

Undoubtedly, a continent is pretty bigger than a country. Nationalism is something that is different to that of uniting the continent, i.e. pan-Africanism.
