Fiery, cruel emotions like hatred often compel people to hurt others and obtain pleasure from this. Done on a large scale, this would mean unimaginable deaths, thus hastening the end of the world.
Also, indifference and insensitivity to other people’s feelings often leads to cold and sometimes, downright, horrifying acts as these people cannot truly sympathise, let alone empathise with others. This would also ultimately lead to the end of the world.
