If resources are being shared between many different users can make things more complex. With the cloud environment, incident handlers should know the basics of what cloud computing is as well as the configuration and infrastructure of the cloud. There are various security parameters of cloud services are another challenge for the incident handlers. Cloud computing has numerous security issues for cloud computing as it encompasses many technologies includingnetworks, databases, Operating systems, virtualization, resource scheduling, transaction management, load balancing, concurrency control and memory management. This can put a lot of stress on IH (Incident Handlers) while trying to identify incidents when resources have been moved to a cloud environment.
