• A relation look like a table, but it has some added limits to it to use the link between two tables in a well-organized way.  

• A file is basically a assembly of records or a table kept on a physical device.

• A database relation simply states to an individual table in a relational database. In a relational database, the table stands a relation since it stores the relation between data in its column-row format.
