The male germ cell or the sperm, enters in to the female reproductive organ through the vagina and then meets the female germ cell, the ovum or egg.
They meet in the Fallopian Tube, which is the site of fertilisation. The zygote forms in the fallopian tube and then fall into the uterus where the development of the zygote takes place and forms an Embryo.
