The attitude and perception have a significant impact on employees' performance which in turn decides the performance of the organization. Attitude is one of the hidden, hard-to-measure factors that ends up being crucial to the success of a company. Whether for better or for worse, employee attitudes tend to have a drastic impact on the productivity of a business, both directly and through the effect on other job-related factors. The study investigates the attitudes of employees toward organization mainly based on the primary data that is by the employees' opinion survey method. For this a sample size of 150 was taken through stratified random sampling method from three prominent telecommunication companies (STC, Zain and Mobily) of Jazan, KSA. The analysis has been done with percentages, averages, weighted score and ranking methods. The results have indicated that individual attitudes do matter and this can be related to job satisfaction and their performance which can indirectly affect the organization.
