  • One of the main factors that led to change in the agriculture patterns is because of the sudden climate changes, temperature changes and the fertility of the soil.

  • Another factor is that in many of the places in our country there is adequate shortage of agricultural tools and seeds.This has decreased the agricultural production and earnings of the farmers.This led to change in agricultural patterns.

  • One of the other major factor that led to change in agricultural pattern is that shortage of labour and land.This has resulted in changing the agricultural patterns throughout the year.

  • Another essential factor is that the seasonal attacks on crops by locusts and weeds.This forced the farmers in some parts of the country to change the agricultural patterns for more than 3 or 4 times a year.

  • Another factor is low infrastructure,technology and lack of knowledge on agriculture.This has too resulted in this crisis.
