when a charged particle is moving in a uniform magnetic field, force on the charged particle is given by
F = qvb sinФ
when Ф = 90
F = qvb
so charge particle moves in a circular loop. hence this force is balanced by centripetal force. hence velocity of the charged particle remains constant so kinetic energy remains constant.
