Abraham Harold Maslow; proposed a Theory (including the hierarchy of needs, motivation theories), in which the basis of motivation and personality, briefly comprising a summary of motivation and the satisfaction of needs, as proposed by the American Psychologist:

1) All of the physiological drives which're localised are not typical, rather, they're atypical and less concentrated as a central ruling of the human motivation.

2) Integration, including adhesiveness of the "Whole Organism", should always be the basic and primary building, of the motivation theory.

3) The satisfaction, layered as a stressing over, it's goals upon the main ones, the ultimate destination, rather than concentrating baselessly upon "partial, superficially concerned into finding an end to it". This shows implications for a more "definite stressor" and centrally locates itself over the "unconsciously increased motivation", besides "conscious motivation".

In a collaborative gist: The Whole satisfaction for basic needs, and it's neediest desires including motivational prominence; is central, to "Self-actualisation".

One of the most popular needs theories is Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. Maslow proposed that motivation is the result of a person's attempt at fulfilling five basic needs: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization.
