discuss the palade particles and difference between eukaryotes and prokaryotes palade particles

palade particles are ribosomes .as they were discovered by george palade they are known as palade particles.it is present in cytoplasm , organelle such as rough endoplasmic reticulum and in palsma membrane.

eukaryotes have 80s ribosomes whereas prokaryotes have 70s ribosomes.
