Harappan civilization worshipped the Mother Goddess, representing the fertility.
There were different signs, found by the people symbolising the beliefs of the olden men. As the people were highly religious in nature and god fearing.
Lord Shiva and Rudra were worshipped, in different forms by the people in Harappan time and trusting the real symbols of humanity.
Religious beliefs and practices among the Harappans were as follows:-
They believed in idol worship, and also worshiped mother goddesses, also they used to worship several male gods, and there worship was not bounded to human idols, but also they worshiped animal idols such as dog and the worship was even done to a simple stone, made as idol.
As the Harappan civilization was very much advanced, they were also cautious about there health, and used to practice some sort exercises, popularly known as yoga.
