Answer:

Yes it has biggest role on an individual it may be creative or destructive, but it may not have same impact once an individual develops his own perception towards the society where he lives.

Before you ask such questions you should look around and you may find the answer right there in your neighbourhood.

You may find it every where, your family, friend, colleague, priest, pandits, and so on. You may look at something and have someone usual understanding or may say it the way of looking about it grasping the information on your own will bring you the result. Now the very way (nature) of looking at things is your PERCEPTION. Right ? When another person look at the same thing without followings your perception then the result for him may be different.

Now, what do you mean by ‘Development’here? You might be thinking following the perception of others your life going to be constructive all the way long. Then You are mistaken it might be turn opposite.

You can see the So called Religious people what they are doing today on the name of the Religion fooling people by enforcing their perception of god into the people's mind and this is the big example you have.

Now you have to decide what's your flip. And by the way ‘Development’ itself have it's own way either constructive or destructive.

Thanks !
