the strength of Emperor Jones were-

1. intellectual personality - within a short span of time he established himself as the emperor and exerted his power on his black natives .
2. dominating power - he considered himself as the god and established supreme power over his subjects.

the weakness of the Emperor Jones were-

1. deceiving quality - as he elevated his status to the level of God, he tells his subject that a silver bullet can only kill him. and he has made a silver bullet himself in case he needs to commit suicide.
2. oppressive nature - because of his cruelty his natives revolted against him.
3. impulsive - because of his impulsive nature he used his silver bullet to kill the crocodile which made his natives realize the fact that he nothing more than a common man. and hence, they killed him .
