Evaporation is a surface phenomenon and a cooling process.
Evaporation is the process of changing of liquid state to gaseous state at any temperature below it's boiling point.
Evaporation depends on following factors:-
♦Surface area
•If surface area is more,evaporation is done fast.
♦Wind speed
•If wind speed is more,evaporation is done fast.
♦Humidity(Amount of water vapour present in air)
•If humidity is more,evaporation is slow.
♦Temperature
•If temperature is more, evaporation is fast.
