Adaptations
Adaptations are very important for a cheetah in the wild. They have a tail that is used to steer them in the right direction. Cheetahs use their teeth to kill their prey. The baby cheetahs coat acts as camouflage for the first few months of their life. Their claws are the only non retractable claws in the big cats family which they use to grip the ground while their running. With all the meat they eat they will obviously need very sharp teeth and a set of pointed claws to match.
