Discuss wether death penalty is justified for the gruesome crime like rape

Yes, in my opinion death penalties should be there for crimes like rape or for any sexual harassment to a female body or even to a male body.

The reason why I says yes is beacuse in recent few months I had watched many rape cases in newspapers. Where which the rapist not only abuses one but also harasses one. The most unusual act is the raping of a younger girl, like a girl of 6-7 year age. Who have to suffer from such acts and misbehaves.

Yes! there should be death penalty for crime such as rape.And the reason why I said yes is that according to me no one has right to do anything with him/her for which he or she is not agreed is a crime.Now a days crime like rape has become common in a country like India.There could be a chance that the rapist gets the bail ,but what about the victim!!?? He/she has to suffer whole life for even when there is no mistake of them.So, Yes there should be death penalty for crime like rape.
