When a wire is twisted, there is movement in your muscles so we can say that you worked in the first one, b.when we press a football there is a force present when we press a football but there is nothing like working or movement of muscles so there we can say you didn't do nay work, c. when a person carries a hand bag and walk on a road yes there is movement in muscles also he/she caring it as well so there we can say you worked, d. when a person is reading a book not at all we can say he is doing a work.
