With respect to the students or person who see it ..they are at rest as they dont show any displacement..
But with respect to earth it does show motion as earth is revolving and showing constant motion..

With respect to all those present in classroom and for all those present on the Earth, it is at rest and with respect to the universe beyond the layers of the Earth, it is in motion because Earth rotates on it's axis and revolves around the Sun.
