The following measures can be taken:
> Talk to your neighbor regarding the noise issue: make sure that you talk to them in a polite manner.
> Suggest them different times they could play the music: at mornings when people are at work or some time in the afternoon.
> You can always talk to your landlord regarding the issue if they continue to do so.
