diseases like dysentery, cholera ,typhoid etc. are more common in over- crowed human settlements. why?

This happens because The places are not cleaned properly and therefore no proper hygiene is maintained.The water systems are dirty and those diseases spreads frm unhygienic water areas.The places which are overcrowded they are the most dirtiest places.(eg.-Mumbai,Kolkata)
