diskpart has referenced an object which is not up-to-date. refresh the object by using the rescan command. if the problem persists exit diskpart, then restart diskpart or restart the computer.

Here we bring a good solution for the above problem because I too face the same problem When I use the Flash-Disk

1. Select the properties by right-clicking on the computer screen. After that, start the Device Manager from your end.

2. Now expand the available storage volume category.

3. Inside the Storage Volumes category section, you can do the right-click on any devices which will be found with label "Unknown device". Now select the Update.

After completing the above steps, you will find your disk in your Computer.
