✔️First of all plzz know what the Pituitary Gland is?

✴️Pituitary Gland :---

It is a tiny sized gland found in the brain. It is also known as "master \: gland
". Because it regulates all the functions of other endocrine glands.
It has two lobes.

⚫Location :--
============
It is located in the bottom of the tiny bony space called sella \: turcica.

☛The disorders of Pituitary glands :----
================================
Pituitary Disorders are the conditions caused by due to, too much or too little production of one or more of the hormones produced by the Pituitary Glands.
There are so many disorders, but some of them are:---

✴️1.) Pituitary Tumour :--
======================
It is a non-cancerous tumour in Pituitary glands which doesn't spread in beyond the skull. A large tumour can press upon and damage the brain and nerves.

◼️Cause :---
============
It occurs due to the overproduction of Pituitary hormones.

◼️Symptoms :---
============
1.) Headache
2.) Weight gain
3.) Feeling weak and fatigue
4.) Some loss of vision
5.) Lower sex drive
6.) Difficulty in getting pregnant.
7.) The flow of breast milk who is not breastfeeding.
All these occur due to the production of prolactin by the Pituitary tumours.

✴️2.) Hyperpituitrism :---
=====================
It is a condition in which the production of Pituitary hormones is very high and results from a Pituitary Adenoma.

◼️Causes:----
===========
It is causes by overproduction of Pituitary hormones.

◼️Symptoms :---
===============
1.) Constipation
2.) Stomach pain
3.) Nausea and vomiting
4.) Fatigue
5.) Excessive thirst and urination
6.) Headache and dizziness
7.) Weight lose or gain

✴️3.) Hypopituitrism:---
====================
It is the condition in which our glands do not produces enough Pituitary hormones due to which proper growth of body do not take place.

◼️Cause :---
==========
It occurs due to deficiency of Pituitary hormones.

◼️Symptoms:--
=============
1.) Infertility
2.) Decreased appetite
3.) Anemia
4.) weight loss and fatigue...
5.) sensitivity of cold.

✴️4.) Empty Sella syndrome:
========================
It is a disorder in which pituitary gland shrink and becomes flattened.
It sits to the lower compartment of the skull called "Sella turcica".
It looks like an empty Sella but filled with a fluid called Cerebro-spinal fluid...(CSF).

◼️Cause:---
==========
it occurs when one of the two layer covering the outside of the brain bulges down into the Sella and presses on the Pituitary glands.

◼️Symptoms :---
=============
It's mainly symptom is only the headache.
