Jharkhand: -

The common food of Jharkhand is rice and wheat. The main items of the daily menu are phulka, rice, trakari (sabji), dal and the pickle.

Men of the Jharkhand wear kurta and pyjamas, and the women wear sari and blouse. The dance forms of the Jharkhand are santhal, jhumar, bheja, etc.

Orrisa:-

Rasagolla is one of the popular sweets among the Orissa and West Bengal. The dish made up of rice, Pakhala is very famous in Orissa.

In Orissa, the traditional dress in dhoti, kurta, and gamucha during the festivals and the women prefer to wear sari and salwar kameez.

 Kerala: -

Kerala dish is a mixture of vegetarian and the non-vegetarian dishes prepared by using the poultry, fish and red meat. Coconut kernel, coconut cream, and coconut milk are widely used in dishes to flavouring and thickening.

Jammu and Kashmir: -

Kashmir has variety meat-based dishes like a lamb dish and the Rogan josh.

Wazwan is a multi-course dish which is mostly served at the wedding in the Kashmir.
