Answer:

Distance from the Neptune to the sun  = 4.55*10⁹ km

Distance of Earth from the sun 1.49*10¹¹  m.

To compare both 1st have common units

1 km = 1000 m  = 10³ m

=> Distance from the Neptune to the sun  = 4.55*10⁹ * 10³ m

= > 4.55*10¹² m

\frac{Distance from the Neptune to the Sun}{Distance from the Earth to the Sun}

  = 4.55*10¹² m / 1.49*10¹¹

= 3.05 * 10

= 30.5

\frac{Distance from the Neptune to the Sun}{Distance from the Earth to the Sun}

  => 30.5 times
