Parasites-The organisms that live inside other organisms and get their food from that organism is called Parasites.
Saprotroph- The organisms that are depend on dead and decaying organic matters for their nutrition are called Saprotroph.

PARASITE :-

1) in parasitic mode of nutrition, plants depend on other animals or plant for their development. such plants are called parasites.

2) those plants on which prasites depend are called hosts.

3) this mode of nutrition is usually observed in pitcher plant and Venus fly trap.

4) eg:- cuscuta.


SAPROTROPH:-

1) plants which exhibit saprotrophic mode of nutrition are called saprotrophs.

2) they obtain their nutrition from dead and decaying organic matter. they absorb nutrients from it.

3) eg:- earthworms.
