here's your answer....

In celsius scale the lower fixed point is marked as 0, and the upper fixed point is marked as 100 and the intervening space is divided into 100 equal parts. In Fahrenheit scale the lower fixed point is marked as 32, and the upper fixed point is marked as 212 and the intervening space is divided into 180 equal parts.
ie C/100=F-32/180
