Federalism is the mixed or compound mode of government, combining a general government (the central or 'federal' government) with regional governments (provincial, state, cantonal, territorial or other sub-unit governments) in a single political system.

Decentralization means to taking away powers from central and state government and handling the power to local government because most issues are settled best at the local level. There are five pancha and the head is called sarpancha
