It is the systematic transfer of powers and responsibility, throughout the corporate ladder. It elucidates how the power to take decisions is distributed in the organizational hierarchy.

⏺️ Delegation =) The task of power or basic leadership power or obligation of an individual who is at a more elevated amount to a person who is beneath his dimension is known as Delegation. It is a necessity of the all the association, for its development and improvement.

⏺️ Decentralization =) The exchange of experts, capacities, rights, obligations, forces and responsibility of the best dimension the executives to the center or low-level administration is known as Decentralization. It is only the appointment of power, in the whole association or it very well may be said that decentralization is an enhancement over designation.
