Disguised unemployment-when more persons are working in a job than actually required, the situation is termed as disguised unemployment. for example,if in an agricultural activity eight people are engaged but this but actually requires the service of five peoples,then three peoples out of eight are withdrawn, total production will remain una.

seasonal unemployment-this unemployment occurs when people are able to find jobs only during some months of the year. for example, agricultural labourers find work only during the busy seasons,ie. Sowing, weeding etc. this is because of seasonal character of agriculture in India.

Getting employment only for the part of the year in certain sectors, like agriculture is called seasonal unemployment.

It is mostly found in agro-based industry.

It is found both in rural as well as urban areas.

There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weaving and threshing is done.

Disguised unemployment:

A situation wherein marginal productivity of labour is zero. It is not visible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture.
