What is the difference between uploading and downloading?
Uploading is the process of putting web pages, images and files onto a web server.
Downloading is the process of getting web pages, images and files from a web server.
To make a file visible to everyone on the internet, you will need to upload it.
When users are copying this file to their computer, they are downloading it.

Hello,
Both are not totally different.
Uploading: Putting or keeping some image or video or song or anything on a web page in a browser.
Downloading: Taking any uploaded data on any website and transforming into a file which is specially designed for saving it on our desktops and mobile phones (or) place it in our desktops or mobile phones.
