Education is a formal set of  study & exams whereas Learning comes with experience .Education  help us to be to eligible for any exam or job where as learning supports us to pass or excel in that particular areas of expertise .Education makes us a right parson & citizen whereas learning trained us as a responsible human being .Education open the doors of opportunities & learning helps to walk towards  aim .Education is first step towards dreams & learning help to hold firm our steps in all kind of situations . Leanings come with experience & education is a formal thing. Education is common for all but learning is a parson dependent thing.

If education is lighthouse then our learning is boat which leads us to shore safely.

Most of us go through our formal education as a matter of routine in order to get a suitable job or get into an independent profession by honing our domain knowledge. We, therefore, " know more and more, yet less and less; we know everything about something, but nothing about everything" as the great thinker, Herbert A. Simon, had said.
Learning is, however, acquiring all-round knowledge about the things that are around us and the way different things work. We must acquire knowledge about sports and games, the society, different types of people, different cultures, the world's flora and fauna, different types of food, different religions and so on; actually, learning is endless, so we must try to expand our knowledge as much as we can. The more we do this, the more productive we make our lives to be. To aid our learning process, we must develop reading as a habit and must read books extensively on diverse subjects.
Take any great scientist or poet or artist as an example. Even though they are known for their scientific achievement, poetry or work of art, on delving deeper into their lives we'd find that they expanded their knowledge base and, therefore, were able to produce those pearls from their wisdom.
