1)manure increase the fertility of soil whereas fertilizer decrease the fertility of soil
2)it made the soil to retain high amount of water whereas fertilizer decrease the water Holdings capacity.
3)it helps many living organisms to live but but fertilizer killed and destroy their habitat.
4)it made the soil softer whereas fertilizer made the soil hard by killing small living organisms.
5)manure did not pollute environment but fertilizer pollute the environment by killing and contaminating the water
