Homologous organs are those organs that are dissimilar in shape, size and function but their origin, basic plan and development is similar.  while as analogous organs are those organs that are similar in shape and function but their origin, basic plan and development is dissimilar.

I will place the wings of a bird and wings of a bat in analogous category because they are similar in shape and function but their origin, basic plan and development is dissimilar.
