Answer:

Ideal gases must follow the PV=nRT law.

While real gases can not properly follow it .

In this case, you have to consider that Ideal gases follow the rule in every temperature and pressure while real gases only follow them 98% properly in high temperature and low pressure.

Ex. Outer space is the great example of it because in that case there is low pressure. So, hydrogen molecule behave like an ideal gas in the outer space.

The second distinguish which can be easily found is the difference in Amega curve. If you look on the curve, you will see the ideal gases have straight line while the real gases

create concave line in that curve. Because they do not follow the PV= nRT rule properly.

Answer

ideal gas:

✰They obey gas laws under all temparature and pressure.

✰No gases is ideal.

✰They obey ideal gas equation.

✰idal gases have compressibility factor z=1.

✰volume occupies by the molecules is negligible as conpared to the total volume occupied by the gas.

Real gas:

✰They obey gas law only under low pressure and high temperature.

✰All gases are real.

✰They obeyvander waal's equation.

✰Real gases have compressibility factor.

✰volume occupies by the molecules is not negligible as conpared be neglected at high pressure and low temparature.
