Loudness is actually the perception of sound by the listener. Sound intensity is a property of the sound source but loudness depends on the sound source, the medium and the receiver, as well. ... Sound intensity is measured in Watt per square meter whereas loudness is measured in Sones.

It's depends on the amplitude of vibrating body.

2/ loudness :- Loudness is the strength of the ears perception of sound pressure.
