a joint sector is owned by the government and by individuals or group of individuals. Both the government and individual can invest.
Both the head officials can op point employees.
The government and the group if individual manages it for example the oil India limited.
Cooperative sector is owned by the producers and the workers or supplier of raw material or both. The officials appoints employees. And they pool in the resources and share the profit or loss proportionately. For example: sugar industry in maharashtra
