Non-Mendelian is an inheritance in which the characters do not separate in agreement to Mendel's law and these laws are responsible for the traits which are related to single genes on the chromosome in the nucleus.
Whereas in Mendelian's inheritance each of the parents is responsible for contributing to one of the two alleles for a trait. In Mendelian inheritance, the idea of multiple genes is not recognized so they contribute to a single trait instead.
